Sealed Knuckle

Anti-Roll Bar Ass’y is attached to the lower bogie of railroad vehicles to reduce rolling where the car is leaned to one side due to the centrifugal force when driving at a curve. Sealed knuckle connects the connecting rod of anti-roll bar ass'y with the arm of anti-roll bar and the bogie with the connecting rod.

It uses a self-lubricative material between the metal parts to ensure free movement with low coefficient of friction without a lubricant.

We localized the sealed knuckle for KTX (Korea Trail Express) in 2010 and have been supplying them ever since.
